| 15th July – 30th September | Applicants should submit their Intention to register in the online submission platform. Applications will not be accepted after midnight (CET) on 30th September |
| End of October | The EBMG will inform applicants of their eligibility status |
| 20 January | Deadline for submission of full applications via the email at gc.register.ebmg@gmail.com |
| Early April | EBMG will notify candidates of registration results based on portfolio evaluations |
| May | Deadline for resubmission of amendments via the email at gc.register.ebmg@gmail.com |
| June | EBMG will notify final registration results for candidates who submitted minor amendments or who applied via Route C |
| End of June (Date to be announced individually) | Online genetic science exam for Route C candidates |
